Quality is decided at procurement, not at inspection. Concrete class, insulation thickness, joinery and waterproofing are specified at the start and verified with documents at every stage of the build.

Cebioğlu İnşaat develops and builds residential projects in Yenişehir, Mersin. We keep our project count low on purpose, so that the same team can stay on site from the first excavation to the final handover.
We work as a construction company that takes on a project only when it can be finished properly. Land selection, structural design, material procurement and site supervision are handled by the same core team, and the decisions taken at the start of the build are the ones the buyer sees at handover.
Both of our completed sites are occupied today, and both can be visited. We would rather be measured by a site you can walk through than by a brochure.

To deliver honest structures at a fair price, on the promised date. No hidden downgrades in the specification, no delays announced after the fact. What is written in the contract is what is built on site.
Our vision
To be the company in Mersin whose buildings still look right in twenty years. A building is not finished at handover; it starts being tested then. We plan our projects for the second decade, not the first advertisement.

Reliability
Every buyer can follow the progress of their own apartment on site, ask for the documents behind it, and get a clear answer about the handover date at any point in the build.
Modern architecture
We design for how the apartment is used: daylight from two directions, cross ventilation, usable balconies and plain facades that age well instead of chasing a trend.
Customer satisfaction
Our relationship does not end at the keys. Requests after handover are handled by the same team that built the site, which is the simplest reason our buyers recommend us to the next one.
